Zenova carpet is one of the rare fully vertical carpet manufacturers with a fully integrated modern manufacturing Plant.

Our carpet manufacturing process is totally integrated from start to finish, we control every aspect from selecting and blending the wool, right through to the finished weave.

Processes include for wool and fiber blending, carding, spinning, stock or hank dyeing makes the yarns ready for weaving. For woven carpet and tufted carpets, we produce state of the art quality products.

Throughout our production processes, we are constantly hand-inspecting at every single stage. Whether it be the quality of the woollen yarn, the accuracy of the weaving process, or the final carpet .

We offer customized Axminster and Broadloom Tufted Carpets of the highest standards of excellence working towards and with the world-renowned BSI ISO 9001 2015.

Our Story

At Zenova we beautifully enhance the interior of many fine establishments worldwide by creating outstanding carpet solutions for commercial interiors from wool rich and nylon woven Axminster and hand tufted rugs to Tufted Carpets, wilton and loop carpets.

Zenova is a family company for yarn spinning and carpet weaving passed from father to son which transferred its experience in weaving and yarn since 1960.

Today, the business has a global presence as it continues to thrive under the creative vision and innovative leadership of Melih Üçkardeş General Director.

After Successful IWS ( International Wool Secretariat) tests, we are entitled to use the WOOLMARK quality symbol for extra heavy duty Carpets. Our Caroets have been tested by the Acchen Textile and Flooring Institute (TFI) in accordance With the En 135001-1:2002, Din 4101-1 standard an classified ad heaviily flame retardant with fire category Cfi-S1 (B1). As such, they also fulfil approval of the DIBT (German Institute for Building Technology) with evidence of emissions conduct as per DIN EN 14041:2006-04 and bear the conformity symbol (U symbol). With its standards on quality managment, enviromental compatibilty and industrial safety, Our company fulfils the ISO standards 9001:200, 14001 and 18001.
